Dining scene renders

Lounge Renders

Update

This week in 3ds max I added a few things into my dining scene like a vase with some sticks of bamboo in it, a shelf with candles, a picture frame and lamp on it, a mirror and some other lighting in the hall. All in all I would say I am just about, if not, finished the scene.

In maya I have fully rendered my lounge and have animated my camera moving around it as well after a bunch of problems where the cameras wouldn't appear and then when they did they would only move in one direction. But now I have sorted that the cameras are working.

Different rendering trials

Blog update

So far this week I have been adding cameras and the few final touches to my dining room scene in 3DS Max. Also I added a doorway for my camera to pan through when entering the scene.

This week I have got a lot done in Maya. I have finished my scene and am adding the final touches to it. From doing my airport scene I have started liking Maya a lot more because I  didn't  really like it before but now I really do and I feel it is showing in my work.

Week5?

This week in 3Ds Max i have almost finished my dining room environment. I have put in my lighting which i think has brought the scene to life as it makes everything look a lot more real. Also we learned how to add cameras and also have them follow a path and go through the room. I also added a fur rug to my room which i am really happy with because i figured out how to make it by myself and it looks really good.

In Maya I have got a much better grasp of the software compared to last week and I am producing my models for my airport lounge and am quite happy with it. I do still have a lot to do but I am going to be putting in a lot of hours this weekend and monday and tuesday so I should get everything done in time. Hopefully.
